Using CareHub

CareHub is provided as-is to help you organize information about a loved one in your care. You agree to use it only for that purpose and only with the consent of the person whose information you store (or as their legally authorized representative).

CareHub is an organizational tool for personal use. It is not a medical device, it is not HIPAA-compliant, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing in the app, including the assistant's responses, medication reminders, or any generated summaries, is medical, clinical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical, tax, and legal decisions. Do not rely on CareHub for time-critical medical alerts or for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Age & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CareHub. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to store information about the person you care for.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed by our payments processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from the Account page. You can cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Redemption codes provided by CareHub may be applied at checkout for a discount.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in credentials safe and don't share them.
• Only invite members you trust with the data you've added.
• Comply with applicable laws when storing another person's information.
• Do not upload information belonging to a third party without their consent or legal authority (for example, as a Power of Attorney or legal guardian).

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your uploaded files, cancels any active subscription, and deletes the personal care profile you own. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or violate these terms.

Limitations

CareHub is offered without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the maintainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
